The american brand Pelican bay specialises in cake,drink and cookie mixes. I keep seeing them in john lewis and selfridges. They are just a bit too expensive for my liking. But finally I got the sugar cookie pack. I made them yesterday. and I tried them and they were amazing. They are vanilla sugar cookies with a vanilla frosting and colourful sprinkles. I absolutely love american sugar cookies so I was impressed. It was so easy to make and the packaging was so cute.
