Rachel Allens Bake

So a friend of mine bought me the Rachel Allen bake cookbook two years ago. I loved the book and I love Rachels home comfort feel. I love to bake so it was perfect for me. I have tried a few of the recipes from the book such as the lemon cupcakes and the poppy seed cake. Its a cute book and has pizza recipes, a pastry recipes. So its definetly a great book for a baker. I still have to try the red velvet cakes because her's are a little different because she uses whisked egg whites for the frosting instead of cream cheese.
