Whoppie pies

This is going to be big this year. Its the new cupcake. Harrods have promoted it as a new craze. So I had to try it out. I had the original chocolate flavour. Its butercream sandwiched between two cakes with a fondant icing on top and sprinkles. The cake was a bit dense and lacked flavour but the buttercream had vanilla pods and was really yummy. When it took a bite of the cake and the cream the cake tasted better. In the summer Marks and Spencers will be doing their own whoppie pies so if you can't get to harrods wait till they come out in M&S.
